Description
The Oklahoma Rising Scholar Automatic Qualifier Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at the University of Central Oklahoma. You must be an Oklahoma resident and have scored in the 99.5 percentile on the ACT or SAT. Additionally, you should be a National Merit Scholar, National Merit Finalist, or Presidential Scholar.
