Birch and Ann Phillips Scholarship

The Birch and Ann Phillips Scholarship is available to students at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. You must be pursuing a major in the School of Business and Computer Technologies, the School of Construction and Design Technologies, the School of Industrial and Engineering Technologies or the School of Transportation Technology. You must be a graduate of Lycoming County high school and demonstrate academic performance, desire to succeed in your major and financial need to be eligible for this award.
