Description
The Roger and Eileen Russell Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from the following towns: Cottage Grove, Drain or Yoncalla. You must be accepted at a post-secondary institution to pursue an education degree, have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrate involvement in school/community activities to be eligible for this award.
