Description
The Robert K. Havemann Scholarship is available to graduates of Humboldt and Del Norte County high schools. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and be pursuing study in commercial transportation or equipment maintenance. Also, you must demonstrate financial need and be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this award.
