The Kids' Chance of Pennsylvania Scholarship is available to undergraduate students who are under the age of 25 who are pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree. To be considered, you must have a parent who has been killed or seriously injured as a result of a work related accident that meets the criteria of the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act, and has resulted in demonstrated financial need.
