Ligaya Fruto Pamana Endowment

Description

The Ligaya Fruto Pamana Endowment is open to full time graduate students at the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a 3.0 or better GPA in arts and humanities with a focus on Philippine Studies and preferably those whose major field falls under any of these: journalism, education, political science, Asian studies, ethnic studies, interdisciplinary studies, women studies, public policy, social work, community development, and public policy. Selection is based on a three-five page research proposal outlining how the grant will be used to advance Philippine studies, two academic reference letters, a writing sample, and a timeline with a budget.
