Description
The High School Scholarship Program is open to North Carolina public high school students. You must be a graduating high school senior planning to attend one of the 16 constituent campuses of the University of North Carolina System, be current members of State Employees’ Credit Union (“SECU”) or the child of a parent/guardian who is a member of SECU, and have a minimum GPA Of 2.5 in order to be considered for this award.
