Description
The California Freethought Day Art Scholarship is available to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students who are residents of California. Applicants must plan to pursue (or are currently pursuing) postsecondary education at a community college, four-year college, trade school, or vocational school. To qualify, applicants must create a 2D work of any kind that reflects the theme of 'Information Literacy'. All two-dimensional mediums of art that can be captured and shared as a JPG image will be accepted. This can include, for example: paint, charcoal, watercolor, mixed media, photography, and digital art. Physical art should not exceed 24" x 24". Entries that utilized generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) will not be accepted.
