Description
The Kerry L. Shipman Persistence Scholarship is available to undergraduate students currently enrolled at an accredited Historically Black College or University located in North Carolina or South Carolina. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrate persistence in overcoming educational, financial, employment, family, caregiving, or other significant life challenges in order to be considered for this award.
