Description
The Betty and Jim Welby Memorial Scholarship is available to incoming freshman students at Lackawanna College who demonstrate financial need and are enrolled on a full-time basis. Preference will be given to a member of Scranton’s St. Ann’s Basilica Parish or a graduate of West Scranton High School.
