The Helen and Charles Rappe Teaching Excellence Endowed Scholarship is available to full-time undergraduate students at San Diego State University. You must must be pursuing a Bachelor’s of Music with an emphasis in Music Education, have a minimum 3.0 GPA or higher, be in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need in order to be considered for this award.
