Description
The John J. Profaci Legacy Endowed Scholarship is available to students at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. You must have graduated from the Associates program, be a Junior or Senior in the Bachelor’s program, have a 3.0 GPA or higher, demonstrate a proven interest in Italian cuisine and submit a 500 word essay response to the prompt provided by the sponsor in order to be considered for this award.
