The Joseph P. DeAlessandro Memorial Scholarship is available to students at the Culinary Institute of America who maintains a 3.0 GPA or higher, be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Culinary Arts, demonstrate financial need, submit a 300- to 500-word essay response to the topic provided by the sponsor and have a strong interest in Italian cuisine and wine in order to be considered for this award.
