Description
The Richard Metzler Opportunity Scholarship is open to high school seniors in Lane County, Oregon, who plan to attend a vocational school or an accredited two- or four-year college/university. To be eligible for this award, you must be a SELCO member or the immediate family member of a SELCO member (SELCO employees and their immediate family are not eligible). Additionally, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate excellence in education, leadership, or civic responsibility despite adversity or lack of resources.
