The Swim With Mike Foundation Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate level students. You must suffered an illness or injury resulting in a physical disability, which substantially limits daily activity and participated in organized athletics prior to illness or injury. In order to be considered for this award, you must meet the admission requirements of a four-year or graduate-level institution, be in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need in order to be considered for this award.
