Description

The Charles T. and Ella Fowler Douds Scholarship is open to students who are enrolled as full-time students at Pennsylvania State University, who have achieved superior academic records and who manifest promise of future success in their field. Preference shall be given, but not limited to, applicants with chronic health problems, such as diabetes, impairment of sight or hearing, inability to walk or other physical disabilities.
