Description
The Polis Charitable Foundation-Newcombe Foundation Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled at or who plan to enroll at Pennsylvania State University. To be eligible for this award, you must have demonstrated financial need and who live with a disability as defined under provisions of Section 504, 1973 Rehabilitation Act, as amended. First preference shall be given to students who are hearing impaired.
