Description
The Andrew J. Hartman Memorial Scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate students of at least sophomore academic standing enrolled at The Pennsylvania State University who have achieved a GPA of at least 2.5 and who are defined having a disability under provisions of Section 504, 1973 Rehabilitation Act and/or the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended. First preference shall be given to students who live with physical disabilities or mobility conditions.
