Description

The Thea Foundation Film Competition Scholarship is open to Arkansas high school seniors from public, private and charter schools, homeschooled seniors and those seeking their GED. To enter this competition, you must register and submit a film up to 20 minutes in length that best reflects your unique talents and creativity. Submissions must include a short essay (500 word maximum) explaining your process when creating the film.
