Description
The Army ROTC is available to students at the University of Arkansas who enroll in the Army ROTC program and are between the ages of 17 and 27. To be eligible for this award, you must demonstrate a strong desire to obtain a commission and an undergraduate degree (any degree except theology). You must also be medically qualified for initial enrollment into ROTC.
