Description
The Believe in Me Scholarship is open to first-generation marginalized students in Washington State, Northern Idaho, and Oregon. You must be pursuing an education at a two-year college, four-year college or university, independent private career school, or trade school, be no more than 24 years of age, have a minimum GPA of 2.75 and demonstrate leadership, grit, and perseverance in order to be considered for this award.
