The Edward Yoshiharu Sakuma and Kay Kubo Sakuma ECE Scholarship is available to undergraduate students who are residents of Hawaii, have a minimum GPA of 2.0, are pursuing a degree in early childhood education, and intend to teach in the public school system or equivalent in the state of Hawaii.
