The Scholarship for Researchers Committed to Advancing CHD Research in Underrepresented Communities is available to incoming and current Master’s or PhD. You must be enrolled in a U.S.-based research-focused programs conducting translational or clinical research related to CHDs and underrepresented communities. In order to be considered for this award, you must submit a statement of interest that is no longer than three pages long along with a resume and letters of recommendation. Preference is given to students from disadvantaged or underrepresented backgrounds, or those whose research meaningfully engages with individuals and families affected by congenital heart disease in underserved or under-resourced communities.
