The Climate Science and Communication Fellowship is open to undergraduate and graduate students at Stanford University. Interns will play a central role in fulfilling the cross organizational demand for cutting edge climate science information. Climate-related initiatives at EDF such as policy and legal positions, climate innovation technologies, market-based solutions and communications rely on robust, credible, and timely scientific information. For example, using climate metrics and modeling tools, the intern will consult data inventories to quantify trends in observed and future climate change impacts, such as extreme weather events. This internship is hybrid out of an EDF office in Austin, TX, Boulder, CO, Boston, MA, New York, NY, Raleigh, NC, San Francisco, CA, or Washington D.C. Intern supervisor is in Seattle and other team members are located across the U.S.
