The Spectacular Eyecare Scholarship by Dr. Andrea Washington is open to high school senior students who are residents of Rockdale, Newton, Walton, Henry, Dekalb, or Gwinnett county in Georgia. To be eligible for this award, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
