Description
The TOFA Scholarship is open to students who will be attending a U.S. accredited college or university in the fall. This includes graduating high school seniors as well as current undergraduate students. You must be a resident of the greater Sacramento, CA, area and have a minimum GPA of 2.75 to be eligible for this award. Additionally, you must demonstrate commitment to the Pacific Islander community in a written essay.
