The Andrew Jackson "Jack" Brown, Jr. Scholarship is open to graduating high school senior students who are athletes and residents of Calvert County, MD. You must plan to attend an Optimist Club-approved postsecondary institution to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on an essay detailing future goals/statement of purpose, character, citizenship, grades, community service, and financial need.
