The Donate Life Scholarship is open to students who are residents of the regional area served by Donate Life Kentucky Trust and Network for Hope (Kentucky, Cincinnati, Southern IN, and Western WV). You must have demonstrated meaningful commitment to the Donate Life mission through education and outreach in order to be considered for this award.
