Description
The Sumners At-Large Scholarships is available to rising junior and senior undergraduate students who are attending a college or university in Texas or Oklahoma. You must have a 3.5 GPA or higher, be a U.S citizen and be civically engaged and possess a capacity for leadership in order to be considered for this award. Students from Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado and Texas are eligible to apply.
