Description
The Suzanne Billings Memorial Scholarship is available to high school senior students who have experienced Chronic Kidney Disease stage 4 or 5, before the age of 18. You must have been born on or after September 1, 2000 and live or have lived in Oregon or SW Washington and/or see a Pediatric Nephrologist at Kaiser Permanente NW, Legacy Randall, or OHSU/Doernbecher, before the age of 18. In order to be considered for this award, you must have been accepted or planning to attend an accredited higher education institution or trade program for the upcoming academic year.
