Description
The 2026 ITE University Scholars Program is available to high school seniors or community college students. You must be planning to enroll or be currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university, intend to or declared a major in transportation engineering, planning, or a related field, have a minimum 3.0 GPA or higher, be a first generation college student from a low household income and be a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident in order to be considered for this award.
