Description
The Cody Blue Pilkington Scholarship is open to North Carolina resident students who are entering their freshman or sophomore year to study engineering, science or math curriculum at NC state university, are at least 18 years of age, are involved in a community service organization (preferably two), are non-smokers and substance-free, and maintain a 2.8 GPA.
