Description
The LinkScholars Program Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors from Fairfield, Kershaw, Lexington, Richland, or Sumter counties in South Carolina. Preference will be given to African American students. The minimum GPA requirement is a 2.8 on a 4.0 scale and applicants must be entering their freshman year at an institution of higher learning in South Carolina, or at a Historically Black College or University in any state. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need.
