Hattie S. Edwards Scholarship

Description

The Hattie S. Edwards Scholarship is open to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) students who majoring in a discipline related to history, fashion, or costuming. Selection is based on a series of short-essay questions discussing types of fashion/costuming or historical hobbies you have participated in and how being a person of color affected the ways in which you could participate, a time when you had to be courageous to share your costuming or historical knowledge with others, your goals, and how you will use the scholarship money if selected as a recipient.
