Description
The COTBHC Presidential Scholarship is open to African American high school students within the Hillsborough County School District. To be eligible for this award, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and have performed community service within your community via school, church, or through a social/civic organization. Selection is based on a 500-word minimum essay, three references, proof of community service hours, transcript, and student biography.
