Description

The Justine M. Harrell Memorial Scholarship is available to high school senior students graduating from a public school in Indiana who intend to pursue a degree in education at an accredited college or university in Indiana. To be considered for this award, you must demonstrate financial need. Selection is based on academic achievement, leadership in co-curricular activities and community involvement, submission of an essay and recommendations.
