Community Hero Scholarship - Washington State Fair Foundation

Description

The Community Hero Scholarship is available to graduating high school senior students in Washington state who intend to pursue higher education at an accredited two or four year college, university or trade/technical school. To be eligible for this award, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.7 and be currently working, volunteering, or involved in a school-sponsored activity at least eight hours per month, on average. Selection is based on two recommendation letters and a 500-word essay describing how you have impacted your community by serving and inspiring others.
