THe UPAA-SD Scholarship is open to high school seniors and undergraduate students in San Diego, CA. You must reside in San Diego County, have a minimum 2.0 GPA, be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident and be the relative of a UP Alumni in San Diego County in order to be eligible for this award.
