Description
The Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii’s Scholarship is open to high school seniors who are Hawaiian residents. You must be accepted to a four -year college or university, have a minimum 3.5 GPA or higher and submit a one page essay on the topic provided by the sponsor in order to be eligible for this award.
