Description
The Van Hipp Heroes Scholarship is open to current or former National Guard members. You must have been wounded in an operational or training mission in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi, Freedom or Operation New Dawn and submit a one page essay answerint the prompt provided by the sponsor in order to be eligible for this award.
