The Clark Burrus Public Service Academic Scholarship is available to upper-division undergraduate students and graduate students of any level who are enrolled in a course of study preparing for a career in state or local government finance. To be eligible for this award, you must be a U.S. citizen/permanent citizen and identify as belonging to a minority population.
