The Jonas Lipson Scholarship is open to Kent State University students who are studying orchestral string instruments. Auditions and music theory placement tests are required. You must demonstrate performance ability to be considered for this award. Renewal for this award is based on artistic development and the fulfillment of service responsibilities. A minimum 2.75 GPA is also required.
