The Institute for Thermal Processing Specialists Scholarship is available to rising sophomore, junior, and senior students and to graduate students of any level who are studying food science, food engineering, or food microbiology as it relates to food preservation. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award.
