Description
The Dr. Charles and Phyllis Seward Scholarship is available to graduating high school senior in the top 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle. You must attend Amarillo College, West Texas A&M University, or Texas Tech with a minimum GPA of 3.2 to be eligible for this award.
