The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation Scholarship is available to students majoring in business or journalism at Otero Junior College. You must have attended high school in the 18 - county Southeastern Colorado area covered by The Pueblo Chieftain newspaper and have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.
