Description
The "Art of Haircutting" Scholarship is available to cosmetology students. To be considered, you must submit a three - minute video that shows three different images of your hair cutting skills on models, family, friends, or mannequins and includes a description of your creative vision for hair cutting and why you love cutting hair.
