Description
The HRALA Scholarship is available to high school seniors who are the children of active duty, inactive / active - duty reserves or retired military personnel (to grade Captain/Colonel equivalent), resale personnel (NEXCOM, DECA, Coast Guard, AAFES, Marine Corps) or ALA members who reside in the Hampton Roads Area. You must be in the top 35 percent of your high school class and have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and be a permanent U.S. resident less than 21 years of age to be considered for this award.
