Description
The "Celebrate the West" High School Art Competition is open to high school students in Western Governors' Association member - states and three U.S. Territories in the Pacific served by the nonpartisan policy association. To be considered, you must create an original two - dimensional artwork that is inspired by your state or informed by living in the West.
