Description
The Discover Duck Recipe Contest is available to students attending a professional culinary school. To enter, you must submit an original recipe based on the following theme: "Legs! Legs! Legs!" Your recipe must feature duck legs or duck leg meat as the main ingredient. Students may submit up to three recipes.
