The Dr. Gary M. Moore Great Plan Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at the Oklahoma City University College of Arts and Sciences. You must have a minimum ACT score of 30 and be in the top 10 percent of your graduating class at an accredited Oklahoma high school to be eligible for this award. You must also be a non - smoker.
